Faith Muange Kindblad

Founder & Lead Strategist

DEI Strategist Systems Thinker Advocate

Faith Muange Kindblad is a global equity strategist, storyteller, and bridge-builder who believes that belonging is not a privilege—it's a right. Born in Kenya and based in Sweden, Faith brings a deeply personal and globally informed perspective to the work of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

As the founder of One Human Collective, Faith partners with organizations, institutions, and communities to dismantle systems of exclusion and co-create spaces where everyone can thrive. Her work is rooted in lived experience, informed by rigorous research, and driven by a bold vision: a world where equity is structural, not symbolic.

Faith's approach is both practical and transformative. She doesn't just talk about inclusion—she helps organizations redesign policies, shift culture, and redistribute power. Whether working with corporate leaders, educational institutions, or refugee communities, Faith's north star remains the same: center those most impacted, challenge existing systems, and build something better together.

"Equity is not a trend—it's a responsibility we carry together. And the work starts with asking: Who is missing from this table? And why?"
