Driven by lived experience, guided by purpose, united in the pursuit of equity
Meet the visionary behind One Human Collective
Founder & Lead Strategist
Faith Muange is a global equity strategist, storyteller, and bridge-builder who believes that belonging is not a privilege—it's a right. Born in Kenya and based in Sweden, Faith brings a deeply personal and globally informed perspective to the work of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
As the founder of One Human Collective, Faith partners with organizations, institutions, and communities to dismantle systems of exclusion and co-create spaces where everyone can thrive. Her work is rooted in lived experience, informed by rigorous research, and driven by a bold vision: a world where equity is structural, not symbolic.
Faith's approach is both practical and transformative. She doesn't just talk about inclusion—she helps organizations redesign policies, shift culture, and redistribute power. Whether working with corporate leaders, educational institutions, or refugee communities, Faith's north star remains the same: center those most impacted, challenge existing systems, and build something better together.
"Equity is not a trend—it's a responsibility we carry together. And the work starts with asking: Who is missing from this table? And why?"
Our team is built on a foundation of lived experience, deep expertise, and an unwavering commitment to justice. We bring diverse perspectives, but share one north star: creating systems where everyone belongs.
We don't theorize about equity—we live it, breathe it, and build from it
We partner with, not for. Change is co-created, never imposed
We're learning as we go, adapting to new insights, and staying accountable
