One Human Collective is a global equity-focused collective working to transform the systems that shape access, opportunity, and participation. We partner with organizations, institutions, and community actors who are committed to moving beyond intention and toward meaningful, measurable change.
Founded in Sweden, One Human Collective is shaped by the lived experiences of a globally rooted team with grounding across the United States, Europe, and Pan-Africa. This global perspective, combined with deep contextual understanding, allows us to respond to inequity across diverse social, cultural, and institutional environments.
Our work is informed by extensive experience partnering with and supporting persons with disabilities, immigrants, and refugees. We understand how exclusion is compounded across identity, legal status, and access — and how systems often fail those navigating multiple barriers simultaneously.
